When a few of us were having a beer together and said to ourselves:

"We've been to some great brewers festivals in the last year. Why don't we do one for some local charities here in Fitchburg, Massachusetts?"

We Are Volunteers

Although we've had help from numerous family, friends, and volunteers (and we thank them all), our group consists of: Trevor Bonilla, David Streb, Robin Streb, Liz Murphy, Larry Casassa, Jon Giannetti, Amy LeBlanc, Jordan Murphy, Rebecca Robinson, Scott Souza and Rachael Stillman. All of our proceeds go to benefit local charities! No one with Beers For Good is paid - everyone is a volunteer.

We Are Locals

Our mission is three-fold; to raise money for a good cause; to educate the public about the great variety of craft beers in this region; and to attract people to the City of Fitchburg. We do this by producing high quality, beer-centric events in Fitchburg that are both entertaining and showcase the great entertainment and recreation venues the City of Fitchburg has to offer. In so doing, we've donated more than $96,000 to local charities since 2008

We Are A Community

To date, Beers For Good has donated over $96,000 in festival proceeds to local charitable causes, including Cameron’s Crusaders , Cleghorn Neighborhood Center, Fitchburg Civic Days, Fitchburg Rides Bicycle Raffle, Friends of the Fitchburg Public Library, Growing Places Garden Project, GVNA Food Bank, LUK, Inc., Meals on Wheels Program (MOC), Red Raiders Lending Library, Riverfront Park Foundation, and the Veteran's Homestead.

Beers For Good is affiliated with the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts. Proceeds from Beers For Good events benefit local charities. All gifts and donations to Beers For Good are tax-deductible under federal charitable donation guidelines. Beers For Good is also affiliated with the City of Fitchburg to bring you the Nashua River Brewers Festival at Riverfront Park.
